Questions & answers

What additional fees apply on-site and how do booking rates differ?

In addition to the room rate, the local resort tax (Kurtaxe) and the optional parking fees (€15/night) apply on-site. Our 'Best Flexible Rate' requires payment at the time of booking and allows for free cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival. Our 'Early Bird Rate' (booked at least 180 days out) offers the best price tier, is paid on-site, but is completely non-refundable and non-changeable.

Do the hotel rooms feature balconies, sea views, sofas, or kettles?

Starting from the 'partial sea view' category and upwards, all rooms feature a private balcony. The categories Double Room Sea View, Junior Suite, and Meergut Suite offer a balcony with direct views of the Baltic Sea. Smoking is permitted on the balconies (ashtrays are gladly provided). Seating options, sofas, or box-spring beds depend on the chosen room tier. Electric kettles can be borrowed at the reception at any time, free of charge.

Are extra beds available in the rooms and how are infants charged?

Yes, extra bed setups in double rooms are possible. An additional rollaway bed is charged at €75 per night, a baby cot at €25 per night. If a child sleeps in the parents' bed, a fee of €25 per night applies. For toddlers under 1.5 years old, please contact us directly via email or phone prior to booking to arrange the optimal sleeping configuration.
