Questions & answers

We offer on-site private outdoor parking spaces right at the hotel as well as a secure parking garage. Normally, we can provide at least one parking spot per room. The parking fee is €15 per night. Prior reservation during the room booking stage is strongly recommended.

Rooms are guaranteed to be available from 03:30 PM on your arrival day (or earlier upon availability). On departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:30 AM. A late-night check-in (e.g., between 09:00 PM and 10:00 PM or even at 02:00 AM) is easily possible through our night security service, provided you notify us in advance.

Our hotel property combines two historic landmarks of classic resort architecture: the main building 'Hansa Haus' and the annex 'Schloss am Meer' (historic half-timbered house). Both buildings are located just about 30 meters apart from each other.

Our rich Gourmet Sparkling Wine Breakfast Buffet is served daily from 07:30 AM to 11:30 AM (including late autumn and winter) exclusively in the restaurant at Hansa Haus. In fine weather, the adjacent breakfast terrace is also open. The entire SPA and wellness area including the pool is located in Schloss am Meer.

Since both historic buildings are preservation-listed landmarks, steps must be negotiated in the entrance areas. Indoors, both houses feature an elevator, and rollators can easily be taken into the rooms. If required, a step-free entry can be arranged at the main building via the staff entrance. Please note, however, that our rooms are not fully wheelchair-accessible; we kindly request a quick phone call prior to booking.

Dogs are permitted strictly outside the high season period (from mid-October until April) upon prior request and for an additional fee. Since we hold a limited contingent of designated 'dog-friendly' rooms, direct booking with the hotel is mandatory (not via third-party platforms like Booking.com). Upon individual agreement, your dog may join you in a quiet zone of the breakfast room.
